Office Administrative Manager
Touchstone Advisor is a lower middle market mergers and acquisition company located in Connecticut. We are in search of a part-time Administrative Manager. This is an opportunity to become an integral member of a team of M&A Advisors and staff in handling a wide array of administrative tasks. Ideally this person would live in Connecticut so that they can attend in person firm meetings, however for the most part we are a virtual office.
We estimate that the number of hours per week would be between 25 and 30 hours. This is an independent contractor 1099 position and there are no benefits.
Qualifications:
Must demonstrate professionalism, confidentiality, initiative, flexibility, organizational skills, client service skills and the ability to be proactive.
Must possess skills in Microsoft Word, Outlook. Experience with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft one drive document management systems is preferred.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks based on business needs is essential.
