Responsibilities:
Managing the full-cycle recruitment process for all open positions
Coordinating and conducting a thorough orientation for new team members,
Benefit administration,
Workers’ compensation and leave coordination,
Employee relations,
Payroll administration
Accounts Payable
Resident billing
Financial reporting
Budgeting
Support the community in good expense management practices
The ideal candidate will:
Possess a bachelor’s degree in human resources management or other related field
Have at least one years experience in a human resources role, with duties that include recruiting, onboarding, and administrative hiring.
Have at least one year of experience doing accounts payable and payroll
Have a working knowledge of Employment Standards and other employment laws
Understand the importance of maintaining a high degree of confidentiality and professionalism
Be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications and basic office equipment
Be able to maintain patient and tactful composure when dealing with residents, family members, staff members and visitors
