This position is full-time, on-site only; freelance or remote work is not accepted.

Responsibilities:

• Examine the customer journey and conduct user testing to increase ecommerce conversion rate

• Identify customer pain points in online and offline experiences, create reports, and submit the reports to the right party

• Thoroughly test new features and changes on websites and mobile apps before the development goes live

• Adopt an efficient approach to perform manual testing on our various e-commerce websites, customer facing mobile apps, and internal systems that support the sales cycle such as reporting system, ticketing system, POS, scanning system, etc.

• Monitor website performance and app performance, keep a log of bugs, and follow through until the bugs are fixed

• Create detailed reports of test results and present test analysis to software engineers and marketing members

• Anything else as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience working with e-commerce websites

• Minimum 1 year of experience working with mobile apps

• Project management experience is a huge plus

• Strong problem solving skills, able to follow through issues from a to z

• Tech savvy, organized, and detail-oriented

• Excellent communication skills
