TopFunnel is the world’s first and most powerful talent engagement platform. Our technology powers recruiting at hundreds of the most innovative, global companies and we are growing at breakneck speed. Our mission is to make the job search process work better for everyone — for candidates looking for a great opportunity, for teams who want to find great future teammates, and for recruiters hoping to facilitate the process as best they can.
Our products help people automate the most repetitive, yet fundamental, parts of recruiting — search, communication, scheduling, matching. And we have partnered with the most sophisticated talent teams to transform their organizations.
Our company is growing, profitable, and tech first. We have made several strategic acquisitions (Teamable and Clara Labs) and prioritize investing in customers and product, above all else. And we love the opportunity in front of us.
Your role:
As a Customer Success Manager, you’ll build close client relationships and support our customers as they work to build their teams. You will see inside fast growing companies — both our customers, and our own.
We will provide all the training and support you need. Previous recruiting experience is not required. All we ask is that you bring a learner’s mindset and work hard. To that end, we want to see evidence that you write well, solve problems, communicate exceptionally, present professionally, are good humored and even keeled. You will partner with various types of people and should get energy from that.
Requirements
Diligent: you take care of details and can follow process
Technical: you enjoy technology and helping people understand how to use it
Ambitious: you’re able to grow accounts and cross-sell between our products
Compassionate: you are eager to help customers and want to help them thrive
For recent grads, we prefer top 200 schools or over 3.3 GPA
We love X-factor: have started a business, participated in the performing arts, write for pleasure, excel at sports, run a big social account, etc
