Business Services Tech I
Carrollton, TX
As a Business Services Tech II, you will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to providing exceptional customer service to our internal field and corporate partners. You’ll use your problem-solving ability and attention to detail to help these users identify and solve technical issues and resolve training gaps. As a Tech II, in addition to providing excellent customer service for more general requests, you will identify systemic issues, product defects, and process errors and work to escalate and resolve them with the relevant Product and Management teams.
Responsibilities:
Work under the direction of the Business Services Manager and contribute to the overall success of the team.
Handle incoming phone calls and chat support sessions with courtesy and professionalism.
Summarize pertinent issues, actions taken, and resolution through incident reporting.
Learn and develop proficiency with our loan management software and various loan products so that you may provide instruction and advice to field employees.
Coach and develop other members of the Business Services team, as well as field and corporate employees, on matters of system functionality, product information, and correct procedure.
Identify, document, and clearly communicate system issues and other matters of concern to relevant parties, including management and other corporate departments.
Handle sensitive and proprietary information in accordance with company policy and compliance with all applicable regulations.
Utilize strong interpersonal skills to communicate and interact with Team Members at all levels, including requests and reports to other departments.
Maintain a full-time work schedule with regular in-person attendance, including limited Saturday hours. A full-time work schedule for this position consists of 40-hours per week.
