The Staff Accountant will perform all daily and monthly accounting functions for assigned areas. This includes participating in monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial closings, as well as annual audit preparation and other reporting projects that may be requested as they arise.
Responsibilities:
- Complete close responsibilities.
- Participate in executing the company’s business process improvement efforts.
- Assist management with special assignments, as requested.
Qualifications:
- BS in Accounting or related field
- 0 years of job-related experience required
- Proficient in Excel and the Microsoft Office suite of products
- Ability to maintain a flexible work schedule during monthly and year-end closings (and for special assignments) will also be necessary
Preferred:
- A CPA candidate is preferred
