As a sole or co-presenter, represent the company and support overall brand initiatives at various people onboarding events.
Support administrative needs for all department processes
Ordering, organizing, sending of welcome, transitional, reference, or onboarding materials and gifts.
Support healthy and productive relationships with hospital support staff of acquisition practices.
Assist with communications and interaction cadence as outlined in the department processes.
M&A Culture Surveys; Launch, collection, distribution of information as directed.
Assist with processes (design, and modification) as needed for department continuous business improvement.
Collaborate and support strong communications with cross-functional support teams.
Provide and confirm data integrity and quality assurance in various types of correspondence, including employment sensitive information.
Assist in crafting, storage, and dissemination of document key communications for reference, i.e., support People Diligence Summaries.
Researching, drafting, editing, and storing of staff Welcome/Offer letters or employment agreements and materials.
Submitting and tracking background screens for acquisitions in conjunction with Manager.
Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.
Organize events as needed; celebration events and doctor dinner meetings
Follow all organizational and department policies, practices, and procedures.
Travel to and attend acquisition meetings as needed, including Meet & Greet staff announcements both virtual and some onsite visits.
Working with and supporting vendor relationships
Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements for this role:
5+ years human resource experience
2-5+ years legal employment relations experience
2-5+ years working towards positive employee engagement or DEIB experience
Strong in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and other Microsoft Office applications.
5+ years previous veterinary hospital or veterinary industry experience
Understanding that hours for this position are not always 8am-5pm. There will be evenings and weekends required at times.
Groomed grammar and verbal skills
SharePoint and or Ironclad knowledge a plus
~20 % Travel is required. Sometimes with short notice.
