Summary
The Thoroughbred Aftercare Alliance is a 501(c)(3) organization and serves as the industry standard for aftercare. Our mission is to provide industry expertise, through accreditation and grant-making, to provide support to accredited aftercare organizations to retire, retrain, and rehome Thoroughbreds. The Finance Manager will play a critical role in the strategic goals of the organization. This role will be responsible for the day-to-day accounting functions of the TAA.
