The Chemical Analysis Division (CAD) is seeking a Finance Manager to join the Services Team. You will develop robust skills as part of this fast-paced function by interacting with a broad number of internal business partners and building organizational capabilities to drive profitability & customer satisfaction. Position Summary:
This position will support the CAD Service Division to establish the process for analyzing service performance, and partner with the business to drive overall improvement within the division to ensure that financial commitments are met. We are looking for someone to drive planning, analyzing, forecasting, budgeting, and business intelligence activities in support of the Business Unit’s goals and objectives.
Responsibilities include:
Partner with business leadership, customers and cross functional partners across the business and division to drive financial execution, accountability, risk mitigation, cost control to achieve planned results.
Responsible for the service booking, revenue monthly and quarterly forecast process, closely working with service and commercial team members. Support preparation of Monthly/Quarterly Business Review (MBR/QBR) packages.
Support and drive the Annual Budgeting (AOP) process and drive alignment with the BU’s, supporting Service business on accurate AOP targets/loads.
Prepare accurate and timely analysis. Communicate business results, variances, and performance trends and make recommendations to drive improvement with focus on revenue generating activities, and cost reduction projects to achieve results.
Drive improvements and accountability for Cost analysis and Gross Margin analysis.
Support ad-hoc internal, division, group, and corporate requests as needed.

Education
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or Business Administration
Experience
5+ years of experience in financial analysis, reporting, or accounting
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
Handle multiple assignments, process good judgement, and prioritize projects and time
Develop high levels of credibility and forge strong professional relationships
Self-motivated; bias for action
Strong verbal and written communication skills
MS Excel and HFM/CMR experience; Ability to handle large sets of data, creating accurate reports with high quality and integrity
Experience with financial reporting systems (SAP, Hyperion / Essbase)
