The JOB:

We are looking for a strategic and collaborative Director of Finance to join our executive team. The Director of Finance has full oversight and responsibility of the monthly P&L, balance sheet and bank reconciliations, budgets, and forecasts. Supported by an Accounting manager, your team is currently lean; making your interest and ability to get in the trenches very important.

YOU:

You will thrive in this Director of Finance position if you are hands-on but also see the big picture. You have experience as a hotel Controller in a decentralized accounting environment. You act as a trusted business partner to the General Manager and work closely with department heads in balancing their financials. You’re comfortable with ownership and corporate relationships, which includes regular check-ins and reviews.

The OFFER:

Pay: $70,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
