Our client (an industry leader in the Lexington, NC area) is seeking an office coordinator to join their team, due to service expansion. If you have HR, Accounting & Payroll experience, we would love to speak with you today regarding this immediate opportunity. Work schedule M – F 8am to 5pm
Duties Include:
In this role you will be responsible for various office management tasks including administrative (60%) payroll (25%) and HR (15%). An excellent office coordinator will possess great communication skills and be able to work independently, be organized, reliable and results oriented.
Managing payroll reporting
Payment of operational expenditures and invoices
Manage employee attendance tracking
Coordinate staffing levels based on headcount and historical data
Assist management with recruiting & hiring
Coordinate staffing with temporary staffing services
Assist Management with other assigned tasks
Requirements:
2-5 years of experience in an office management or clerical setting
Previous experience working with Human Resources, Accounting, and Payroll
Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
Integrity and ethical standards to properly safeguard confidential information
Capable of understanding and following Company’s policy and procedures
Demonstrated proficiency in computer literacy; use of relevant applications such as MS Office suite and ability to learn new applications
A minimum of an Associate Degree from an accredited institution is preferred; equivalent experience will be considered in lieu of degree
