The Post, an e-commerce women’s fashion brand, seeks an experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts. We’re looking for a dynamic, creative, and strategic individual who is ready to manage a team of 4-6 marketing professionals in our Nashville office.
The ideal candidate will work all omnichannel marketing efforts, primarily focusing on Instagram and our affiliate marketing program.
Key Responsibilities :
Develop, implement, and manage marketing strategies to promote The Post’s products across various channels.
Manage a team of 4-6 marketing, content, and contracted professionals, providing them with leadership, guidance, motivation, and resources to achieve their goals.
Manage and optimize our affiliate marketing program, fostering relationships and ensuring all products are promptly sent to affiliates to meet sales targets.
Oversee Instagram and other social media channels to ensure the effective promotion of our products and brand.
Create compelling marketing collateral for all channels (web, social, email, etc).
Drive SEO optimization on the site and through ads.
Collaborate with the Content team for creative ideas to execute compelling ads.
Manage digital marketing channels through Meta, Pinterest, Google, and other opportunity channels.
Benchmark against competitors’ marketing efforts to ensure best in class.
Create a weekly reporting dashboard on ad performance to recommend changes to leadership on how to optimize spending best.
Plan and organize marketing events.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
Proven experience in a Marketing Manager role, preferably in a Direct to Consumer Retail environment.
Experience managing an Influencer Program.
Demonstrable experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, Ads Manager, or similar platforms.
A proven track record in ROAS optimization with Digital Ads, Emails, and SMS.
The data-driven mindset with an analytical marketing approach.
Excellent understanding of the brand’s style and direction.
Proficient and up-to-date knowledge of multiple marketing platforms.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent proofreading skills with an eye for detail.
Ability to self-manage, work independently, and be part of a team.
