Chief Fiscal Officer (CFO)
The Open Door of Indiana, PA is a behavioral health organization that provides outpatient substance use and gambling education and treatment, mental health crisis intervention, impaired driving programming, and other services to promote steps toward hope, courage and recovery for the members of our community.
Currently, The Open Door is seeking a Chief Fiscal Officer to oversee the financial operations of The Open Door and make decisions based on the financial stability of the organization.
Duties Include:
· Executing the company’s financial strategy
· Maintaining the agency’s fiscal software
· Preparing agency budgets
· Compilation and submission of monthly fiscal reports of funding sources
· Maintaining line of credit transfers
· Reconciliating bank statements and other billing practices
· Supervision of all Fiscal Staff
· Maintenance of General Ledger
· Maintenance of check register and oversee deposit transactions
· Assemble fiscal data for use in budgetary evaluations and hearings
· Attend staff and board meetings
· Develop plans for growth to increase monetary gains while reducing expenditures
· Assist the Executive Director to develop financial plans
· Manage accounting procedures
· Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance
· Minimum of five (5) years experience in Financial Management; OR
· Ten (10) years full time experience performing fiscal duties in a health care setting
