The Finance Manager:
Analyzes financial data and presents financial reporting. Prepares cash flow reports.
Oversees all audit activities, year-end financial reports, audit schedules and tax reporting for all external parties.
Implements and enforces accounting and finance policies and procedures
Reviews and approves monthly vouchers and financial reports prior to submission.
Conducts supervision and evaluations that foster a relationship of mutual feedback. Conducts necessary performance improvement plans, terminations, and other personnel actions
Develops yearly and quarterly goals with direct reports by creating workplans, tracking progress and outcomes

You have a solid understanding of standard accounting standards and non-profit accounting practices.

You have a bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, or related field and/or relevant professional experience.
You are familiar with accounting software such as Netsuite or other non-profit ERP.
You have a minimum three years’ accounting experience (non-profit preferred) and previous supervisory experience managing accounting staff
