Responsibilities:
Establish and support scalable processes that ensure best practices in campaign and lead management.
Design, implement and perfect a task management solution to support the internal operational efficiencies of the marketing organization
Ensure processes and tools are in place to improve data collection and perfect reporting around key performance indicators
Oversee the implementations related to marketing technologies including strategies around user adoption within the marketing and sales organizations
Act as a consultative arm to the marketing team by analyzing marketing and sales data and making recommendations on areas of campaign optimization
Support and lead the annual Marketing Planning Process, including integrated campaign frameworks, tracking and reporting, and budget management processes.
Research, evaluate, recommend, and implement tools and technology that will improve efficiency, support data integrity, increase deliverability, and perfect performance.
Leverage existing vendor relationships (6sense, ZoomInfo, Eloqua, Salesloft and others) to maximize our efficiency and performance
Act as an internal project manager for various initiatives across marketing operations and the broader revenue marketing organization
Support the Marketing team through various channels of enablement including documentation of processes, internal communications, and facilitating ongoing training sessions.
Qualifications :
Minimum 3-5 years of experience working in Marketing Ops in a B2B environment, preferably Tech or SaaS (Software as a Service)
Experience with marketing technology such as automation, account-based marketing and analytics platforms.
Experience with Jira, Asana, and/or Workfront
Experience managing implementation of processes and technology tools
Analytical thinker with experience in data management including manipulating large sets of data to build and support lists (potentially from multiple sources), confirming attribution models, implementing and perfecting lead scoring, scrubbing data to support data hygiene, and recommending data-driven marketing strategies to improve outcomes.
Experience with BI tools and familiarity with marketing attribution
Ability to work with cross-functional teams
Strong analytic skills
Requirements :
2+ years of hands-on experience with Eloqua or similar Marketing Automation Tool, Jira, WorkFront, and Asana.
Comfortable with Salesforce including validating and troubleshooting integrations, lead management, campaign attribution, and reporting.
Experience marketing for a B2B company including a strong understanding of sales and marketing funnels, B2B attribution models, tag management, personalization, lead scoring models, data integrity, and lead management and routing.
Experience supporting CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and MA (Marketing Automation) processes including lead management, lead nurturing/scoring, campaign management, content management, web analytics, sales pipeline, and forecast management.
Hands-on experience with ABM tools (preferably 6Sense)
Project Management and Process Implementation experience REQUIRED
