What you’ll do:
Execute customer-focused marketing programs that drive engagement and support client adoption and retention initiatives.
Own the comprehensive program channel execution including email campaigns, webinars, event follow-up, nurturing series, and social media.
Work closely with content and design teams to create emails and landing pages for webinar registration.
Work with our ABM and Digital Teams for advertising, SEO, and customer segment deliverables.
Maintain marketing database segmentation to ensure any communications delivered are relevant to the audience receiving them.
Work closely with customer success marketing on mapping marketing database segmentation to personas.
Act as a liaison to oversee synchronization of marketing programs executed by the regional, events, and partner teams to ensure the overall framework and templates are leveraged.
Communicate and coordinate with key stakeholders in the field to manage communications and review content online and across landing pages, emails, and webinars.
Ensure all programs are linked to salesforce.com campaigns to ensure accurate campaign ROI tracking.
Analyze email, webinars, and all campaign performance for continuous improvements.
Share findings across customer success marketing.
Include A/B testing on programs.
Report on results including reach, engagement, conversion, and velocity that builds engagement, leads, and opportunity creation.
Must Haves:
6+ years of related demand generation and customer marketing experience.
Data-driven and experience executing full-funnel global campaigns in the technology industry preferred.
Proven experience working with and leading the execution of campaigns with global reach.
Working knowledge of Eloqua (or other marketing automation tools) to design, build and execute integrated programs including landing pages, emails, forms, and reporting.
Strong project management skills including production schedules, budgets, stakeholder coordination, and agency/vendor oversight.
Excellent written, oral, and social interpersonal skills across multiple audiences and methods.
A strong presence; creative, confident, and decisive.
A solid understanding of integrated, multi-touch, multi-channel marketing design based on a foundation of data and analysis; the direct experience with executing campaigns, optimizing reach, awareness, and nurture, and adjusting for optimization.
Strong attention to detail.
Understanding complex technology, products, and Cloud-based messaging is a huge plus.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree required.
Hours & Location:
M-F, 40 hours/week. This role will be 100% remote.
