We are looking for a seasoned marketing manager who can oversee our various marketing activities across organic, paid, earned, influencer, email/SMS, and traditional channels.
The marketing manager will be responsible for increasing awareness and engagement for our new brands and products. We will launch an oral care brand in early Q4 2022 and a pet oral care brand in Q1 2023. The marketing manager will oversee our relationships with agency partners and work closely with our CMO to plan campaigns and initiatives to ultimately drive sales via ecommerce and retailers.
Our ideal candidate has the following attributes:
At least 5 years of marketing experience, especially in developing and executing marketing strategies for new brands and product launches.
Ability to work in a startup environment with many uncertainties, limited resources, and tight timelines.
Creative mind with experience developing content strategies to accompany marketing campaigns.
Up-to-date on new marketing channels and technologies, with a framework to test and apply them to our business in a creative and rigorous manner.
Deep familiarity with ecommerce business for both direct-to-consumer and retailer channels.
Strong leadership and communication skills to work collaboratively with team members and external partners.
This is a salaried position with full benefits. We have a flexible hybrid working model that requires some days in the office at our Fort Lee, NJ location.
Starting salary for this position is $75,000 but negotiable based on experience.
