What You’ll Do:
Work directly with lead generation marketing teams to drive adoption of marketing technologies and develop product requirements for new features, launches, and enhancements.
Partner closely with marketing operations to liaise process and technology elements that can help optimize how we deliver campaigns and generate leads.
Become a guide for the organization on marketing tools and drive best practices and operational excellence to deliver successful lead generation outcomes (from marketing to sales).
Troubleshoot issues with cross-functional teams and drive resolution to minimize business impact.
Project manage key initiatives to support lead generation efforts and coordinate multiple cross-functional stakeholders.
Translate marketers’ feedback and needs of marketing tools into the process or product solutions and partner with engineering teams to see through prioritization and execution.
Work in a fast-paced, often ambiguous, and cross-functional environment to do all of the above.
Working with engineers and marketers to help improve processes, ideas, and anything marketing related. Such as personalized emails, mapping, and engineer support flow.
You will work with the Omni channel engineering team.
Help support troubleshooting campaigns, and understanding the business aspect.
Escalations and preventions.
Must-Haves:
4+ years experience with product management or marketing/advertising technology.
Experience working directly with product and engineering and operations teams to provide business cases & requirements.
Experience launching or driving adoption of products, demonstrating knowledge of customer needs
Experience with operational processes and issue management and resolution
Experience with digital marketing channels (Email, Ads, Display, Onsite Merchandising, etc.).
Experience with an enterprise-scale sales or marketing automation platform (Salesforce, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Hubspot, Marketo, Adobe Marketing Cloud, etc.).
Experience with demand generation marketing, optimizing digital marketing performance to drive sales qualified leads Quantitative analytical experience, using tools such as Excel or SQL.
Experience in Project management.
Troubleshooting, escalations experience.
Familiarity with charging tools.
Expert in the tools and processes we use to deliver marketing to help optimize and scale global demand generation marketing campaigns.
Familiarity with marketing campaigns via online channels such as Email, Ads, and Onsite upsells.
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience in Digital Marketing.
Hours & Location:
M-F, 40 hours/week. This role will be 100% Remote.
