About the Role:
This role will report to the FP&A Director and own financial models, budgeting and management reporting for the organization. This role will work with the internal finance teams as well as business leaders across the organization to storyline results, develop and optimize analytical models, and ultimately provide recommendations to aid in executive decision making. You will serve as a thought leader to improve processes, drive standardization, and build scalable reporting and forecasting solutions. You will have Board Meeting and investor reporting responsibilities.

The skills and abilities you’ll need to succeed:
7+ years of progressive corporate finance experience with a minimum of 5 years in FP&A
Strongly preferred: previous experience in high growth and venture and/or private equity
backed businesses
Experience leading enterprise and management reporting
Strong understanding of GAAP/Statutory accounting principles and financial statement
modeling, excel proficiency required
Excellent communicator with experience distilling complex information into articulate
narratives that cater to wide audiences
Desire to work in a dynamic and fast paced startup environment
