What you’ll do:
Help drive a systematic approach to change and communication plans for sophisticated advisors and their teams.
Work independently and cross-functionally to lead and execute key change and communications by providing strategic thought leadership, guidance, open communication, and collaboration across leaders within the marketing, public relations, and practice management organizations within Company.
Design and deploy integrated change strategies across marketing initiatives to optimize the change experience across large stakeholder groups, e.g., field and home office.
Actively and visibly educate, influence, align, and coach sponsors, frontline leaders, and project leaders to drive effective change, manage resistance, and optimize the success of the project
Ensure field marketing campaigns, programs and capabilities are communicated in a way that ensures adoption, usage, and satisfaction across stakeholder audiences—minimizing resistance and maximizing engagement
Working with project/program leads to develop a change story and key benefit messaging that ensures achievement of key milestones, tracking feedback, and gathering and showcasing success metrics.
Adopt and promote common Client’s enterprise-wide change process, methodology, and language in application on projects
Manage communication and change management reporting framework, measurement, and implementation across associated marketing workstreams; including but not limited to building a comprehensive view and alignment across deliverables for communications, training, sponsor support, and reinforcements.
Define, recommend, and manage measurement systems for change success, e.g., quality of user experience, adoption, utilization, performance standards, etc.
Build and effectively leverage relationships with various teams including, but not limited to, Strategic Marketing Operations, Brand & Advertising, Creative Solutions, Field Change and Communications, Project Management team, Field Marketing Technology, Digital Media & Social Marketing, Compliance, Digital Product & Engineering, etc. to ensure alignment on program plans and execution.
Provide insight, ideas & recommendations to all levels of project participants regarding the potential impact of project decisions on the effectiveness of the overall change strategy.
Must Haves:
6+ years of proven and relevant experience in marketing strategy and operations with at least 2 years experience leading large organization change management efforts, change management planning, and/or integrating change with a project, communication, and training plans
Experience and in-depth knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and processes for how people experience change
Strong track record of successfully deploying large-scale change plans.
Creative and visionary expertise with strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills to influence at all levels and the ability to articulate vision, strategy, and solutions that best meet business objectives
Ability to stand alone in support of and advocacy for the recipient(s) of change
Project Management: High knowledge and comfort level of project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle
Relationship Management: Ability to negotiate, influence, and build credibility and strong partnerships in a matrixed organization across business functions and levels
Critical Thinking/Analytical: Demonstrated skills in problem-solving, root cause identification, listening, strategic planning, and thought leadership
Entrepreneurial Mindset: Thrives an environment of ambiguity, innovation, and ongoing change with constant ability to adapt, prioritize and lead based on outcomes; a “roll up your sleeves” mentality
Interpersonal Skills: excellent active listening, exceptional attention to detail, highly methodical teammate who fosters collaboration to drive strategies, plans, results, and outcomes.
Organizational Skills : a proactive self-starter with demonstrated superior ability to handle multiple complex projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, team, and independent environments
Education:
Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in marketing/communications, business, change management, or related field
Hours & Location:
M-F, 40 hours/week. This role is 100% Remote .
