As they continue to grow market share, they are now seeking an outstanding Director of Customer Marketing. This position reports to the Vice President, Revenue Marketing.

The Director of Customer Marketing will be primarily responsible for:
Educating the isolved customer community on the broad array of isolved products and services, ensuring they understand their value, and creating associated demand for them – with success measured in terms of qualified sales opportunities.
Developing strategies and tactical execution to increase penetration within the customer base, and the number of products/full platforms successfully deployed within each account – helping to unseat competitor products along the way.
Partnering with Customer Advocacy to collaborate on Voice of the Customer and cross-functional teams to communicate, gain buy-in, and support for the plan.
Collaborating with other teams to drive attendance at online and regional events, as well as the Company’s annual customer and partner conference, and taking a leading role in event ownership alongside the marketing events team.
Managing, developing, and driving results from their customer marketing team, including owning and maximizing discretionary spending and headcount budgets.
Candidates should be well-rounded customer and or field marketers with experience in integrated campaigns and digital approaches and be able to speak to successful sales and customer success alignment.
Principal Responsibilities
Define, own, and contribute to a comprehensive and winning customer marketing plan that aligns with strategic priorities, goals, and initiatives.
Understand the customer lifecycle model adopted by isolved and the current state of marketing efforts to support it at each stage.
Work with cross-functional teams including product marketing, inside sales, creative, brand, and content to support customer marketing activities.
Embrace lead goals and set clear targets and objectives for marketing execution and delivery.
Ability to align with marketing operations, sales operations, customer success, and product teams to understand the state of data, and impact on customer marketing programs and build a strategy to communicate and resolve any gaps.
Own and build out customer marketing communications.
Drive retention, cross-sell and up-sell plans that expand their footprint within and help protect the isolved customer base.
Measure progress and impact of customer programs and communicate back to key stakeholders
Essential Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Information Technology, Communications or similar field or related business experience.
4+ years of demonstrable customer marketing experience.
3+ years of experience in managing and developing talent.
Strong critical thinking skills to identify, analyze, and optimize marketing activity.
Strong people skills and superb written and oral communication skills.
Ambitious yet flexible initiative-taker who can work in a rapidly changing environment.
Outstanding organizational skills and mindfulness.
Proven project management experience with the ability to juggle multiple tasks at one time.
Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing at and with all levels.
Experience in/knowledge of the software industry (HCM preferred, but not essential).
Working knowledge of Marketing Automation (HubSpot preferred), CRM, and Sales Enablement (e.g. Gong, Outreach) tools.
Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft 365, in particular Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
A desire to work hard, run fast, make a difference, and have fun doing it.
Location: This position will be based in the USA (office or remote) and may require some travel.
