What You’ll Do:
Help manage the B2B marketing of the Company as a platform in the e-commerce space.
Create marketing content and educational materials to support businesses in their use of the Company’s Shopping to help them drive sales during editorial, seasonal and cultural shopping moments.
Develop pitch decks and inspiring case studies to aid in the growth and demand for the Company’s Shopping and advertising solutions.
Partner with product marketing and research teams to uncover data and unlock new insights to inform best practices for businesses.
Create creative considerations to increase the content quality for businesses with a shop on the Company.
Create distribution strategies to scale information to more businesses.
Define KPIs to measure and report on optimizations and results.
Work with cross-functional teams across the Company to unlock new and innovative touchpoints to reach business audience segments at scale and measure impact.
Develop messaging for e-commerce tools that help define how these products work together in support of business objectives.
Simplify and humanize marketing communications so that technical guidance is clear and enjoyable for businesses so that they want to participate.
Write go-to-market plans, briefs, decks, blog posts, and enablement content for businesses.
Scale this content across digital surfaces, social media, webinars/eLearning, events, and more.
Up-level the Company’s Shopping creative output as an evangelist of the Company’s brand.
Build strong, collaborative working relationships with cross-functional teams to rally alignment, align goals, gain approvals and advocate for the Company.
Lead brainstorms and working sessions with internal teams.
Consolidate inputs to bring the Shopping vision to life in the market.
Become an expert in the Company’s Shopping’s e-commerce and advertising products for small businesses.
Become an expert on our audiences and policies across the e-commerce space at the Company.
Must-Haves:
8+ years of experience required.
Strong knowledge of the retail and e-commerce space to craft inspiring strategies that educate businesses to successfully use our suite of tools like shops, product tags, advertising, and more to reach new customers.
Experience developing data-backed marketing collateral, case studies, webinars, partnerships, and engaging social and video content with a high creative bar.
Excellent communication and the ability to work with large cross-functional teams locally and in different regions globally.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
Hours & Location:
M-F, 40 hours/week. This role will be 100% Remote.
