The LandTek Group has been a leader in the construction of athletic fields for professional stadiums, colleges, parks, and school districts for over 40 years. We are looking for a Divisional Manager with a proven track record in working in a demanding environment and who can handle the day-to-day operations of field construction. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and working on multiple projects at once.
Qualified candidates will have:
· A strong background in Construction operations
· Strong track record in scheduling, purchasing, estimating, troubleshooting, bidding, and managing
· Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong multi-tasking skills. Must have excellent judgment as well as strong time-management and prioritization skills
· Must have the ability to problem solve and provide leadership in a multi-faceted way
· Proven track record in bringing jobs to completion, on-time and within budget
· Address business inquiries from customers and employees
· Ensure the work is within compliance of legal and regulatory requirements
· Develop and enforce best practices to ensure operational efficiency
· Identify areas of improvements and concerns and accordingly develop action plans
· Communicate, incorporate, and promote LandTek’s core values
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s Degree
· 10+ years of experience of multi-site job experience
· Strong background in Operations with Construction or Manufacturing background
· Accuracy, attention to detail, analytical skills, and multi-tasking are all must have skills
· Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills
· Ability to identify areas of performance improvement
· Proficient with Microsoft Suite. Autocad and Timberline a plus
