The Front Office Manager is responsible for ensuring the operation of the Front Office in an attentive, friendly, efficient and courteous manner, providing all guests with quality service prior to and throughout their stay, while maximizing room revenue and occupancy. Must be proficient in Windows and Opera system, familiarity with GDS and common Internet distribution channels (e.g. SynXis, Expedia.com, Booking.com etc.). Responsibilities of the position involve opening and maintaining sales Accounts, in addition to converting guests to direct booking instead of OTA channels such as Expedia.com, Booking.com…etc.
We are looking for a Front office manager to manage our lobby area. You will act as the ‘face’ of our company and ensure visitors receive a heartwarming welcome. You will coordinate all front desk activities, including calls, reservations and guests services. As a Front office manager, you should combine a pleasant personality with a dynamic professional attitude to supervise and lead our team. Our ideal candidate can deal efficiently with complaints and has a solid customer service approach. Ultimately, you should be able to ensure our front desk provides professional and friendly service to our customers.
