$70,000 – $85,000 This is a Junior Project Management role Description:
Align and manage projects on the business plan while leading project teams and efficiently allocating resources to deliver products, processes or services that create value to the Company within the project timelines.
This role will have the following
Responsibilities:
Manage several small high-profile projects Interface with all other departments in IT Projects will be split between App Development and Infrastructure Develop, document and manage PMO process Collaborate with stakeholders within the Company and/or 3rd party Vendors Participate in identifying project teams, resources and costs Establish accurate timelines for each project considering all projects within the project portfolio and resources needed Develop project plans based on the business requirements and expected outcome Set and manage plans for project goals and milestones Actively and effectively communicate with stakeholders through communication planning Maintain Stakeholder accountability Collect data to provide and maintain necessary documents logs and registers such as but not limited to the project charter, stakeholder register, risk register, change logs, assumption logs, issue logs, lessons learned Submit appropriate change control requests and monitor changes Requirements/
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or Project Management Professional Certification Approximately 2 years of relevant work experience preferably in an IT PMO, SDLC methodology MUST BE STRONG with documentation, creating process flows Demonstrate leadership, organizational and interpersonal skills Demonstrate effective business and technical communication skills Desired Skills Familiarity with VISIO and ADO (preferred) Familiarity with Microsoft Project and Office Suite Polished/White Glove Service; excellent verbal and written communication skills Contact:
