VOLUNTEER POSITION
We are looking for 1 experienced, proactive, and strategic Social Media Manager, AND 2-3 Social Media Coordinators to join our team and help us make a BIG difference.
You will report to our Development Associate and Executive Director with weekly meetings, and be responsible for creating, planning and scheduling the content across our social media platforms.
We are asking for 5-10 hours per week. Hours are flexible, but you must be dedicated and responsive. We are very understanding of conflicts or other more pressing obligations, but please communicate with us honestly. We are asking for a 6-month commitment.
TGE is currently active across Facebook and Instagram (@thegivingexchange). We need to grow our presence on LinkedIn and TikTok. You should be familiar with all the platforms. Our goal is to grow a bold and consistent brand narrative across all platforms, and we need your help!
You will be responsible for creating content (in line with our overall strategy) using our brand colors, fonts, photography and videography. You should be comfortable with every aspect from design to writing captions and hashtags, etc. We have a CanvaPro Team account you will be added to, but you are welcome to use any other editing software you prefer.
