Accounting/Administrative Support Associate – Access Anvil Corp. dba Scott System

Responsibilities of our Accounting/Administrative Support Associate:
Accounts payable processing
Accounts receivable, including invoicing, application of payments and collection calls as needed
Work closely with customers to process sales orders, collecting all paperwork and deposits required
Support the physical inventory process by providing inventory reports and working to resolve any variances found
Schedule and track product shipments
Provide a high level of service internally to our associates and externally to our customers
Any other administrative duties that may be required
Qualifications for our Accounting/Administrative Support Associate:
AAS in Accounting or Business Administration or equivalent experience
Strong customer service skills
Outstanding attention to detail
Outgoing personality and excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Computer proficiency required, specifically Excel and database programs
Scott System specializes in formliners that provide a simple solution to turn ordinary concrete into a beautifully textured pattern with high detail and exceptional finish quality. Throughout the United States, our products are used in a variety of applications, including retaining walls, abutments, parking garages, and buildings. We also offer fast and efficient CNC milling services for foam, wood, plastic and metal and we have evolved into one of the more sophisticated milling companies in the Northeast. We strive to develop operational and strategic partnerships as we match our formliner, milling and coating capabilities to our customers’ needs, for an experience that exceeds their expectations.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
