The HR & Finance Manager is responsible for financial management of Central Office and Satellite Offices; preparation and processing of monthly financial reports; records and maintenance of financial files; responsible for all aspects of budget and finance including payroll, budgets, contracts, vouchers, accounts receivable, accounts payable, ledgers and journals; and may assist in more difficult and responsible phases of planning, budgeting and office operations in accordance with the NYS OASAS Fiscal Guidelines. Must have experience in Microsoft Office, Quickbooks Online and computerized software such as payroll.
The HR & Finance Manager is also responsible for onboarding new employees, accurate & up-to-date maintenance of state and federal employment paperwork, understanding and explaining benefits to employees, monitoring benefit information and use of personal time, reviewing and processing biweekly payroll, and overseeing HR tasks and responsibilities that are out-sourced for accuracy & timeliness.
