Experienced Financial Planning and Analysis professional.
Executes financial analysis, research, budgets, and forecasts to support business plans.
Responsible for preparing and analyzing SG&A forecasts and variance analysis for the Replacement Components (RC business and various headcount, R&D and other forecasting / planning analysis.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead the monthly SG&A / R&D forecast process for the Replacement Components business including summary financial reporting packages for review with executive and business leadership.
The candidate will work closely with the Replacement Components FP&A Manager in reviewing the forecasts and reporting packages.
Evaluate monthly SG&A / R&D / headcount actual results for reasonableness / variance to prior forecast / plan / prior year.
Prepare monthly supplemental actual and forecast reporting for backlog for the RC business.
Lead the monthly analysis of actual results & deviations to forecast related to cash flow and balance sheet. Develop report formats and analytical models that assist in forecasting working capital and cash flow.
Provide analytical financial support for Business reviews, Town Halls, All Hands & Executive Leadership Team presentations, including preparation of notes and backup for senior leadership reviews.
Prepare the quarterly review of systems and accessories “Excess & Obsolescence and work with key functional sales, marketing, and operations personnel on mitigation plans.
Support the development of the annual operating plan and 5-year long-range plan for the Replacement Components business.
Prepare ad hoc financial analysis supporting the RC rebate sales programs, freight revenue snapshots, update inventory transactions file, internal / external SOX support and industry reporting among other analyses.
Provide certain program-based financial support for key strategic projects with a focus on budget performance and product cost targets as necessary for RC.
Identify trends and improvement opportunities; suggest corrective actions for implementation.
Partner with business leaders and help them drive the business.
