Skills and Experience:
Experienced at least 7-10 years of related work experience conducting and leading reporting, planning, budgeting and forecasting finance activities.
● Experience in business planning, financial planning and reporting, or management accounting areas involving influencing, communicating effectively, and managing the business needs across a varied group of business stakeholders.
● Strong demonstration of business acumen, financial competency, effective communication, systems proficiency, change adaptability, flexibility, being able to operate in ambiguous situations, business partnership and collaboration, and innovation.
Education:
Minimum Required: Bachelor’s Degree and equivalent work experience in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics Preferred: Finance/Accounting background; MBA, CPA, or CFA
