This opportunity is ideal for a hands-on finance and strategy professional who is passionate about leveraging data & insights to solve business questions. This role requires a self-starter with strong influencing and analytical skills, a keen attention to detail, and an ability to manage multiple projects effectively. The Director, Strategic Finance & Long Term Growth will collaborate with networked teams across our Center and Global functions, including Finance, Strategy, Corporate Development, Treasury, Marketing, Customer and Commercial, and Platform Services. You’ll work closely with Senior Leadership to drive key initiatives that provide impactful enterprise solutions. A successful Director, Strategic Finance & Long Term Growth is one who can efficiently manage and provide guidance and insights in a broad range of Financial Planning, Analysis & Insights for The Coca-Cola Company at the global level.
Position Overview:
Responsible for the long-term growth model and scenario planning for the Company through the development and maintenance of various comprehensive financial models. Responsible for all the financial roll up and scenarios of the Long-Range Planning (next 3 years) as well as leading the scenario modeling for the next 5-10 years in partnership with Strategy, Corporate Development and Treasury.
Main responsibilities are leading of the long-term growth model and process which supports the Long-Range Planning process, responsible for the development and enhancements of the process and tools that enable the Long-Range Planning process, responsible for and for all the long-term financial modeling (3-statements) for senior management and Board.

Owns and leads the long-term global forecasting process, which includes:
Leading the development and maintenance of The Coca-Cola Company long-term plan (‘Redbook’), building information and dashboards for Redbook analysis report, addressing questions from markets on Redbook template, collaborating with key stakeholders to drive efficiency and continuous improvement in the planning process, consolidation and analysis of data used in the planning process
Leads the long-range financial forecast at Enterprise, Segment/Operating Unit, and Category levels
Set recommendation for baseline growth expectations for both Geographic and Category levels which are used to inform incentive planning for The Coca-Cola Company
Responsible for the long-term financial analysis and modeling to drive insights and decision-making support for senior management and Board
Manage a pool of agile FP&A managers: through an agile, networked approach, 2-3 FP&A managers support processes essential to the priorities of the Corporate Finance department, and rotates between FP&A, Finance Operations and Strategy Departments initiatives and key priorities whilst working & supporting difference leaders
Analyze if changes in the operating environment present upside performance potential or downside risk to our business long term strategic objectives
Provide thought leadership, guidance, and insights on resource allocation at Enterprise-level (both Category and Geography lenses) including but not limited to Capital Allocation, Capex, Opex, DME, working closely with Center finance, Strategy leads as well as broader FP&A team to drive analysis and insights around resource allocation to drive decision making within short and long term
Collaborate with the FP&A broader team to turn plan outputs into performance management routine inputs with intention to monitor & evaluate plan execution, course correct and rapidly respond with contingency plans, if warranted
Responsible for internal Financial Benchmarking as well as outside-in perspective as it relates to planning & dynamic forecasting processes
Responsible for long term financial modeling (3-statements),
Leads and implements significant change – FP&A is going through a significant transformation and this role will play a critical leadership role in multiple aspects of this transformation, specifically long-term planning workstream
Providing cutting edge financial analytics to the organization and senior management
Contributes to the development of the analytical frameworks, tools and skills for the team and wider organization
Manage and lead various ad-hoc strategic financial analysis and projects
Scope: Global
Education: BS Business, Economics, Finance or related at minimum. MBA, CPA, or CFA preferred.
Experience:
10+ years of business experience, with experience in finance, strategic finance and planning
Ability to work in a diverse environment, highly efficient communicator and influencer at all levels, exemplifying network ways of working

Experience performing financial analysis to assist exploring strategic options, develop creative solutions to complex business issues, and/or support the strategic decision-making process. Such experience may include M&A transaction experience, Management Consulting/Strategy experience, investment research experience and/or capital markets experience
Understanding of complex scenario analysis and/or valuation techniques which may include discounted cash flow, leveraged buyout, net present value, IRR and/or other similar analyses
Passion for public/private capital markets. This role involves deep collaboration with Investor Relations, Strategy, M&A and Treasury teams. Ability to think like an investor and link strategic choices to value creation for The Coca-Cola Company shareholders
Enjoys continuously learning and a deep commitment to developing junior talent
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain financial matters to non-finance staff and to interact with Senior Leadership
Highly analytical and detail oriented; proven ability to develop new ideas and ability to deliver solutions, strong ability to take initiative and self-start when necessary
Mastery of Excel and PowerPoint including ability to use visualizations to influence Senior Leadership on key strategic decisions
Experience working with large-scale data mining and/or capital market-related tools (FactSet, CapIQ, Bloomberg). Hyperion knowledge is a plus
