Focus, Scope, & Impact:
Responsible for the financial management of the portfolio of foodservice and on-premise customers which reside in the 4 Zones in the COO
The scope of the role includes financial support for the FSOP Zone Leaders, which over-see a portfolio of customers (~500 customers): ~$400M Net Revenue, multiple product categories, and bottler and foodservice route to markets.
Primary responsibilities include analyzing and evaluating alternative financial plans, new product commercial analysis, customer negotiation/economic review, and delivering the short term and long-term business results for Company and Customers.
KEY SUCCESS PARAMETERS
Experience
10+ years of financial leadership experience for a large, Fortune 50 company
Strong commercial skills
Knowledge and understanding of Foodservice & On-Premise business and economics
Work Focus
Serves as strategic partner to the team on significant matters relating to financial policies, programs, profitability and P&L for Company and Customers
Execute and deliver strategic business and financial plans for customer portfolio
Advise and support key business partners with strategic leadership and recommendations that drive long-term profitable growth for Company and the Customer
Review and approval of financial forecasts for customer portfolio, working with finance partners in Platform Services
P&L Risk & Opportunity identification, with recommended actions to deliver the OI plan
Lead financial management and customer facing relationship with internal business partners and external customers
Oversee P&L Management for portfolio of customers, including leadership with cross-functional finance teams, including the reimbursement COE, financial platform services (Actuals, RE, and BP), and customer agreement team.
Other projects and activities as assigned in support of delivering the zone’s financial results
Communication Focus
Customer facing relationship with internal business partners and external customers
Strong communication and influencing skills required to cultivate internal and external customer relationships. Customer interactions involve stewardship of key initiatives, negotiation, and problem solving.
Communication and stewardship of financial performance to the COO leadership team
Collaborates with Finance leaders within CCO, COO and Platform services on analysis and P&L forecasts.
