The Car Park is a rapidly growing parking and mobility management company that operates more than 400 locations within our portfolio across the United States, including remote management services, to some of the nation’s largest commercial property owners and managers. WHO WE NEED
Are you ready for the next step in your career and have 2+ years of call center or related experience in a supervisory role? We are looking for a professional that leads by positive example, has a great sense of humor, is committed to providing their team with the training, tools and coaching necessary for success, and wants to provide truly exceptional service to our clients and customers.
This isn’t your typical call center. We’re a smaller group delivering a boutique experience that’s main goal Is quality. This position provides support to the General Manager and oversees the day-to-day in-house call center operations. These daily operations include scheduling team members, ensuring appropriate staffing, and responding to customer and client inquiries. This position also ensures that each parking location’s operations are performed in a professional and responsive manner while meeting all contractual obligations.
