Role Purpose
Manages certain functions with the Financial Planning and Analysis group. Provide support to FP&A Directors on all aspects of finance and analytical support including in the following finance support functions…US Operations, International team, Pricing, Marketing, Supply Chain, and data analytics.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
· Will be involved in all aspects of the FP&A function including, but not limited to the following areas of responsibility.
· Work on specific tasks as part of the annual budgeting process for all business segments…US Company-owned, US Franchise, International, & CPG Licensing…as well as G&A Planning
· Support Sr. Director of Finance on the following US business support functions…weekly performance reports to field, weekly Industry reporting for all 3rd party trackers (Blackbox Intelligence, Miller-Pulse, and Knapp Track), Real-Estate reporting, and fulfilling requests from field teams (Corporate and Franchise groups).
· Support Finance Director on pricing process including the following responsibilities…assist in menu price proofing, work with POS team in maintaining menu price consistency, respond to company and franchise group pricing questions, and work with 3rd party pricing partner on various aspects of pricing analytics
· Support International Finance Director on the following projects…monthly financial review package, monthly variance analysis, monthly store count status, International Marketing Fund (IMF) analytics, and sales analysis (weekly sales summary and annual sales forecast)
· Marketing analytic support including the following…support on marketing budget (FMAC…which includes monthly reforecasts, monthly accruals, and invoicing matching), weekly reporting on quarterly marketing programs, detailed menu analytics, and gift card reporting and analysis
· Data analytics…learn to mine data and turn data output into insights for all of the business segments the finance team supports…Operations (US & International), Marketing, Supply Chain, Pricing, and I.T.
· Ad-hoc analysis in all areas of support

Qualification Requirements
· Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Analytics, or related field
· 3-5 years of practical finance/business experience (at a minimum)
· MBA and Restaurant experience is not required but is a positive aspect of candidate profile
· Job responsibilities are primarily Finance/Planning focused, but basic understanding of general Accounting is preferred
