Location: Farmers Branch
Tracks financial performance across all SWHR CIN lines of business on a regular basis using a variety of key metrics. Analyzes business operations to determine financial impact.
Lead the business planning, forecasting and budgeting processes cross functional across departments.
Lead cash flow forecasting process
Train and develop direct reports
Lead and manage special projects that may necessitate cross-functional partnerships
Evaluate budget performance, expenditures and operational effectiveness including monthly variance analysis and review of key financial metrics. Analyze market and company trends to analyze changes on a continuous basis.
Bachelor’s Degree Finance, Accounting, or Economics required
Master’s Degree preferred
5 years relevant experience required
Extensive experience in and knowledge of healthcare medical and insurance industry preferred
Licenses and Certifications
CFA, CMA, CPA, or other similar financial certification preferred upon hire
Broad understanding of financial and accounting principles.
Ability to establish and maintain productive relationships across the lines of business.
Desire for senior management exposure.
Excellent problem solving, communication, and organizational skills
Self-motivated and excellent follow-through skills
Ability to handle multiple projects and heavy workloads
Ability to work independently or as a team
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, etc.); QuickBooks
