Responsibilities:
Organize complex information in a strategic and compelling way, demonstrating strong design acumen and expertise in Excel and PowerPoint techniques
Create wireframes and mock-ups quickly and iteratively for management presentations, reports, and dashboards
Support the creation and development of long-term organizational strategy
Drive bank-wide, cross-functional strategic initiatives
Creatively finding and structuring solutions to both business-level and corporate opportunities
Structuring and guiding senior-level decision-making processes
Communicate effectively with key business partners to understand projects and drive next steps
Project manage and deliver key work streams and tasks
Identify key business risks on the platform and drive resolution of mitigating controls
Work closely with Corporate Leaders to be continuously in tune with financial and operational initiatives and challenges

Qualifications:
Degree in business or related field, MBA preferred
3-5 years of experience in financial services business administration, management consulting, investment banking, private equity, or strategic planning
Excellent understanding of business operations and procedures
Strong organizational, planning, and executive communication skills
Strong project management skills
Outstanding research and analytical abilities
Excellent financial, analytical and problem solving skills.
Expert at Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
Experience with Axiom and database management (preferred)
Experience in Commercial Banking (preferred)
