Marketing is about understanding the customer — and building awareness about how our services can satisfy their needs. We’re looking for an enthusiastic and versatile marketer who builds basic as well as customized landing pages and has an understanding of reporting.
Our ideal candidate has CMS experience, accessibility knowledge and has worked in an agile environment. This person will be comfortable with day-to-day marketing activities, thriving with tight deadlines and changes needs. If you’re a person who loves the rewarding challenge of building a brand, as well as supporting multiple projects that produce measurable results, you’re right for this role.
- Creatively design new and update existing web pages to support business growth through our content management system (CMS), Sitecore or similar
- Shows high levels of integrity, passion, commitment, as well as steady strides in building relationships; understands the importance of living the core values
- Successfully coordinate projects across functional teams with strong project management skills
- Works with our translation’s vendor for translations across all of our brands
- Manages the intake forms from the business for changes needed to the website
- Manages and works to find new and improved processes for the lead inquiry process
- Maintains and manages our offices through a third-party platform as well as TEKsystems.com
- Maintains and updates the site architecture document that houses all pages on the website
- Brainstorms opportunities for A/B tests on our website
- Assist the Senior Marketing Specialist with building out customized landing pages
- Analyzes and reports out to the department on website using data to drive decisions
- Works in a fast paced, ever-changing environment
- Implements basic international updates for the website
- Provides training and support to other Sitecore users
- Creatively sources and sizes images for web based on content

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
- Has at least four years’ experience with working with Sitecore or other Content Management Systems
- Working knowledge of creating web pages
- Familiarity with agile methodology and project management concepts
- Familiarity with web design and basic HTML
- Understands accessibility and knows how to test web pages
- Ability to problem solve and has solid written, verbal and presentation skills
- A strong understanding of industry trends and web best practices
- Has an understanding of Google Analytics / reporting
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical requirements
- Ability to capture and articulate functional requirements
- A strong understanding of industry trends and web best practices
- Has a creative mindset
- Has experience with Adobe Creative Studio
