Equivalent Experience
Description:
- Hands-on SharePoint, Teams (O365) user skills w/ knowledge of SharePoint content management best practices and administration / NOT a SharePoint developer.
- Organize and maintain SharePoint & Teams marketing content and make incremental process improvements to better serve the marketing organization
- Understand marketing user pain points, systematically identify, and implement efficiency improvements to increase user satisfaction and adoption
- Strong stakeholder communication skills w/ strong interest in developing/serving as a SharePoint & Teams subject matter expert to the organization
- Solid understanding of SharePoint administration and organization
- Customer service mindset w/ ability to work independently (knowledge transfer and as-needed help w/ existing environment will be provided)
- Experience with or ability to learn to use Jira / Confluence for work management and documentation
- Experience working in a campaign marketing organization a big plus but not required
