Responsibilities:
Systtematic Equipment inventory Management- entering inventory, purchasing/transferring units, payoffs, booking sales
Preperation and validation of sales and financial documents
Serving as liaison to outside finance institutions
Processing title work and resloving and title issues. Following up on lien filing
submiitting loan contracts nd making sure funding takes plane in a timely manner
Basic accounting- coding invoices, deposits and funds recieved; ensure quality control in all work ccompleted in order to protect organization
Completing daily data entry in multiple applications as directed in an accurate and timely manner
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent, 1-3 years administrative experience, Finance industry experience preferred, exceptional customer service, communication and interpersonal skills, ability to succeed in a fast paced environment, ability to work independently, detail oriented, ability to act as a team player and remain flexible and adaptable, intermediate knowledge of computer programs such as DMS and Microsoft Office.
