About the role:

This job requires strong analytical and technical abilities and demands fast, but carefully thought-out results. Strong leadership and control of the work process from beginning to end is necessary. The job centers around developing new ideas, systems, and technology, and analyzing and improving on old ones. A high level of expertise is expected and the ability to spot and correct errors is important. Work must be done right and quickly, while always focusing on accomplishing the goal and demanding the highest quality work from co-workers. Interest and energy focus primarily on the work at hand, with negligible inclination for small talk or social involvement. The broad scope of the job demands a factual, direct, and authoritative style of communication. Requirements: The ideal candidate for this position will be responsible for lead generation by creating and executing digital marketing campaigns. The Marketing Specialist will have an extremely high drive to maintain and engage company social media accounts, such as Facebook & LinkedIn.

In addition, candidates should:

• Demonstrates ability to organize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Demonstrates ability to organize and sort paperwork, documents, and computer-bases information
• Demonstrates ability to understand and reporting statistical data
• Demonstrates ability to use written and verbal communication skills to deal effectively with diverse groups of people including proficiency in using a telephone/cellphone
• Demonstrates knowledge of SEO & SEM, PC software applications including email marketing, social media, and basic graphic & web design, Word, Excel, and seeks to learn company software
• Demonstrates knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, and HubSpot CRM
• Valid drivers license

• 4-year degree
• 2+ years of digital marketing experience

Compensation

Base salary starting at $65,000 annually, based on experience.

Work Location

This position works out of the Team Quality Services corporate office in downtown Auburn, Indiana.
