Position Overview
As the Sr. Manager, FP&A, you will be the “go-to” person for data analytics and KPIs which will support a broad range of strategic decisions and value creation initiatives across the Company. Your work product will underpin day-to-day executive decision making, annual budgeting, forecasting, board financial reports, M&A, and the Company’s 5-year strategic plan.
You will be relied on to accurately conduct analyses from beginning to end but also to appropriately synthesize the results, pulling out the relevant insights and highlighting key questions that emerge. You will report directly to the VP FP&A and regularly interact with members of senior leadership including CEO, COO, CRO, SVP Corporate Development and sales leaders. You will also have the opportunity to play a key role in ad hoc projects such as pricing strategy, international expansion planning, quota setting, competitive intelligence gathering, new product launches, M&A, strategic partnerships, etc.
This role will give you broad exposure to the company’s highest priority cross-functional initiatives, and strong performance will fast-track you for a leadership position at the Company. We are looking for an ambitious, intellectually curious, self-starter to join us as we continue to build out our FP&A function.
