Summary
The Branch Manager is responsible for leading a group of banking professionals to achieve organizational goals for sales, service and operational excellence. Through one-on-one coaching sessions, live observations and execution of key plays, this leader will be tasked with executing the retail delivery plan while managing performance, risk, member experience and employee experience. This leader will be responsible for executing Teachers Federal Credit Union’s relationship building process, membership growth strategies and operational routines. This leader will ensure their team delivers best in class experiences for their members, shares the value of Teachers Federal Credit Union’s membership and captures additional wallet share.
Education/Experience
Minimum five years of experience in consumer banking/financial services, retail or hospitality.
Minimum two years of leadership experience in a related industry.
College degree (BS or BA in a relevant field), preferred.
Notary Public license required.
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
Job Responsibilities
Lead a team of banking professionals through live observations, one on one coaching sessions and execution of key plays.
Coach team to develop a comprehensive understanding of Teachers Federal Credit Union’s member needs by executing Teachers’ relationship building strategy.
Develop strong partnership routines with business partners (Mortgage Loan Officers, Lending Specialists, Investment Advisors and others) to share the value of Teachers Federal Credit Union’s membership.
Develop plans to meet and exceed branch sales, service and operations goals.
Support members in resolving and/or escalating concerns and complaints.
Participate in membership development events and activities.
Attract and retain talent by developing existing teammates and recruiting and onboarding new teammates.
Oversee daily operations of the branch, including but not limited to daily and monthly branch audits.
Ensure compliance with Teachers Federal Credit Union’s policies and procedures.
Compensation: $69,208 – $96,891
