Sr. Manager, Finance / SEC Reporting & Technical Accounting
Reporting to the Controller – Accounting and Reporting, this position will have heavy interface with all corporate finance departments (including Tax, Treasury and FP&A), operational finance teams in the world-wide business units as well as the external auditors. This includes refining internal and external reporting processes and monitoring and implementation of emerging GAAP and SEC reporting requirements. The candidate will also prepare various analyses to support external audit and reporting requirements and other ad hoc management reporting/projects.
