Tava Health is a venture-backed telemedicine startup that partners with employers to provide convenient, high-quality, accessible mental health care to employees and their families.
As we continue to grow, our ability to support and delight our customers is critical. As the first Customer Success Manager (CSM) at Tava, you will be responsible for helping us define and refine our procedures in working with Human Resources and Benefits leaders to ensure that their employees are receiving the maximum value out of their therapy benefit.
A transactional account manager just won’t do, what we need is an individual who proactively creates an exceptional customer experience.
