Financial Program Manager (Remote)

We are seeking a Financial Program Manager to drive operational excellence in support of a matrixed, global marketing team. This role will report directly to the Sr. Manager, Marketing Operations and partner closely with team leads across the Marketing organization. This role will assume ownership of processes and tasks related to budget tracking, procurement, internal communications, and prioritization of resources – all in an effort to enable project drivers and team leaders to be effective and efficient in their go-to-market activities.

Responsibilities

• Manage monthly financial tracking and forecasting, in partnership with Finance team and Marketing Leads
• Organize and maintain central initiatives repository and Marketing-wide team wiki
• Maintain Global Marketing Launch Calendar, communicate to specified stakeholders
• Provide administrative support between Procurement team processes and Marketing project drivers
• Think outside of the box to develop new ideas for how Marketing gets work done including but not limited to, evaluating project management methodologies and tools and improve reporting capabilities
• Partner with Executive Business Partner team to drive employee engagement programs

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years in business operations, preferably in support of marketing organization
• Strong understanding of process best practices to improve efficiency across cross-functional teams
• Strong organization and project management skills, including a working knowledge of one or many project management tools (Jira, Airtable and Asana experience a huge plus)
• Ability to distill and communicate complex ideas effectively through Google Slides and/or Keynote
• Ability to forge relationships across a growing and evolving organization with complex decision influences
• Ability to prioritize and multitask; ability to manage projects and campaigns with tight deadlines
