Beyond our world-class service centers, there are many important challenges to be met in other FRS teams. Payments and Financial Operations strategically curate and enable payment acceptance for Target, working with internal and external partners to envision and advocate for the future, manage payment expense, proactively prevent fraud and manage the accounting and controls for FRS. FRS Operations and Product Team plays at the intersections of process and technology, and Service Center Shared Operations (SCSO) which develops comprehensive service delivery strategies for our service centers. FRS Financial Products & Services manages and grows loyalty, access, acceptance and other marketing programs for all payment types (RedCard, GiftCard, 3rd Party). The Credit Strategy and Compliance team manages the credit card program and related interactions with our bank partner, and includes the Credit Strategy, Credit Risk Underwriting and Compliance functions.
As a Sr Manager Financial Products and Services Enablement, you will be responsible for managing key capability and enablement projects across Payment and RedCard product and business teams. Work will include assembling project plans and business cases, identifying and coordinating cross functional experts, managing work efforts and stakeholder expectations to ensure progress on team and FRS goals. You will need to be able to influence without authority to drive business decisions, advance priorities and effectively leverage expertise, business strategies and industry knowledge to gain alignment from leadership on complex issues. You must be comfortable communicating project updates, assessing timelines, documenting risks, assumptions and process plans and problem solving through issues. You will develop, test, execute and measure results of innovative solutions to drive payment concepts, capabilities and develop best practices to help our teams enable an inclusive and relevant guest experience and deliver on operational excellence.

About you:
Four-year degree or equivalent experience
8+ years relevant work experience in project or program management
Strong communicator with ability to lead, coordinate & develop strong cross-functional teams across multiple projects simultaneously and champion bold decision making
Problem solver who is comfortable driving at times ambiguous work and managing change factors
Ability to influence cross-company to achieve results
Proven experience in project management and ability to manage from discovery, strategy and business case through execution on complex projects
Able to collaborate with intent, prioritizing efforts, resolving conflicts and holding partners accountable while maintaining strong relationships

o This position may be considered for a Full-Time Remote or Hybrid work arrangement based on Target’s needs. A Hybrid work arrangement means the team members core role will be a blend of virtual and onsite at a Target location. A Full-Time Remote work arrangement means the team member works full-time from home or an alternate location that’s not a Target location, does not have a desk at their primary HQ work location and may travel to HQ up to 4 times a year.
o Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada residents is $85,400.00 – $153,700.00 USD Annual.
