As a Sr Manager FP&A, MFA Planning & Ops, you will:
Manage and optimize critical annual plan & long range planning processes for merchandising while working cross-functionally (inside and outside of finance)
Proactively assess internal and external forces and factors impacting Target and the retail industry to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for the business
Develop insights and manage communication regarding sales, margin, and inventory performance to senior leaders across the organization
Create, maintain, and elevate disciplined, repeatable, and efficient routines within merchandising to assess the financial health of Target’s businesses that build progress towards goals and identify actions to address opportunities
Engage with multiple cross functional partners to build and refine integrated long planning processes across the organization that will be critical to driving strategic initiatives forward
About you:
5+ years finance and business experience
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills; tailors message by audience, negotiate consequences, handle crisis, setbacks and conflicts constructively and diplomatically, and provide essential information to the right people at the right time; relationship-building aptitude
Credible thought leader with enthusiasm, initiative and a passion for results
Entrepreneurial spirit and strong analytical, decision making, project management, planning and organizational skills.
This position may be considered for a Remote or Hybrid work arrangement based on Target’s needs. A Hybrid work arrangement means the team members core role will be a blend of virtual and onsite at a Target location. A Remote work arrangement means the team member works full-time from home or an alternate location that’s not a Target location, does not have a desk at their primary HQ work location and may travel to HQ up to 4 times a year. Work duties cannot be performed outside of the country of the primary work location, unless otherwise prescribed by Target. The salary range is :$85,400.00 USD – $153,700.00 USD.
