What Tallahassee Harley-Davidson is looking for: Tallahassee Harley-Davidson is looking for an experienced sales driven Motorcycle/Powersports/Automotive Finance Manager. A team oriented mindset and warm personality is a must. A seasoned finance manager who is looking for a place to call home, in an even paced environment with a stable schedule PLUS the desire to build a lasting relationship with our expanding family of customers is the ideal candidate.Job Duties include but are not limited to the following:
- Be a Team Player
- Understand & know how to execute the full customer buying path from sale to financial funding
- Work with sales team on a team and one-to-one basis
- Analyze credit reports for all information
- Prepare required transaction documents and loan agreements
- Ensure compliance to local, state and federal regulations
- Ensure complete customer satisfaction and strive to continuously create “Customers for Life”
- Basically, BE A PROFESSIONAL!
Qualifications:
- Previous Finance/Business Management experience
- From Motorcycle/Powersports industry or
- From Automotive background
- Strong sales and customer service skills
- Knowledge of Federal and State Compliance laws
Compensation: This is a $100k+ income per year with benefits package including paid vacation, employer majority paid medical benefits including dental, 401k with profit sharing, and other benefits.The Tallahassee Harley-Davidson Difference: We are a family owned and operated Harley-Davidson dealership with almost 30 years experience.
