*A day in the life: *

* Build strong client relationships to uncover and assess needs
* Design and implement overall recruiting strategy
* Determine candidate suitability by evaluating commitment, compensation expectations, assessing relevant experience, education & skills
* Coordinate and conduct candidate interviews using video conferencing and in-person meetings
* Ensure applicant tracking system is continuously up-to-date and accurate
* Post and update ads on various job boards
* Conduct searches for candidates using traditional and creative sourcing methods, including but not limited to online searches, internet postings, candidate database

*Requirements*

*Who we are looking for: *
* A minimum of 1 year of staffing or recruiting experience
* Excellent PC skills, Experience with Word and Outlook required, Excel preferred
* Enthusiastic self-starter eager to learn and own the position
* Strong decision-making skills
* Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

*Preferred: *
* Experience in recruiting for light industrial / warehouse staffing
