About the Job
We currently have an exciting opportunity for Manager, Marketing Programs to join our Marketing team. This individual will be responsible for developing, maintaining and executing marketing strategies to help us grow our retail business at Moores. This includes designing brand and promotional marketing programs and managing the schedule, scope and budget for all corresponding deliverables and ensuring they are on brand, on budget, on time and meet the business objectives defined in the marketing plan. The successful candidate will work closely with cross functional partners across merchandising, stores and within the marketing team to align the program details and ensure well-coordinated execution. This role will help to monitor competitor products, sales, and marketing activities to identify ongoing opportunities. They will help work with internal and external partners to stay aware of changes in the business environment and any changes to future business requirements to best service the objectives of the brand and our customers.
What You’ll Do | Key Accountabilities

• Develop marketing program strategies based on weekly, monthly, and annual business goals + brand/creative strategy and Merch directives
• Maintain integrated marketing calendar
• Work across media channels, merchandising and store visual teams to ensure business and campaign objectives and messaging strategies are met and well executed
• Meet weekly/bi-weekly with channel teams to ensure planning and execution are hitting launch dates and messaging, targeting and spend strategy aligns with program objectives
• Detailed documentation on project statuses
• Work with channels to understand any roadblocks to delivering on the integrated strategy and come up with manageable solutions
• Gather customer insights and analytics as part of briefing process to put customer first
• Initiate post-program analysis with the channels to determine effectiveness and opportunities for optimizing for future programs

Skills & Experience

• 4-6 years of traditional or digital marketing experience; preferably in retail
• Experience in all aspects of developing and maintaining marketing objectives
• Proven ability to oversee marketing and promotional staff and activities, including schedules, scope, and budgets
• Detail oriented with a high bar for executional excellence
• Strong leadership, teamwork, and leadership management skills, including demonstrated track record of working across functional lines
• Flexibility to manage competing priorities and shift focus as determined by changing needs of the business
• Must be an organized and motivated self-starter with strong interpersonal and communication skills who thrives on working in a fast-paced team environment
• Strong strategic thinking skills; analytical and budgeting skills; oral and written communication skills
• Bachelors’ degree

Work Environment, Physical & Mental Demands

• Ability to sit and work at a computer keyboard for extended periods of time
• Must utilize visual acuity, speech and hearing, hand and eye coordination and manual dexterity necessary to operate a computer and office equipment
